Beth Ruggiero is the President of Climb High Consulting, LLC, a firm dedicated to supporting financial advisors. Based in Pennsylvania, the firm specializes in client service, marketing and teambuilding.

Beth is an innovative, tech savvy, performance consultant with over 20 years in the financial service industry. She has earned a reputation as being a “straight shooting performance coach” that works in the trenches with advisors.

Prior to becoming an independent consultant, Beth served as a Performance Business Consultant for Securities America working with independent and bank channel advisors. She delivered a web-based marketing program which received acclaim from Cerulli & Associates whereby graduates increased production by an average of 35% within one year of program completion.

Beth also served in three senior positions as Vice President at Merrill Lynch in the training division delivering comprehensive training and coaching programs for up to 5000 financial advisors nationwide.

Beth is a frequent speaker at industry associations and company-sponsored events on the topics of strategic alliances, marketing, client service and using social media.
